Lindiwe’s Bio:
Lindiwe Mtimkulu was born and bred in Pretoria. She is an accomplished Attorney at Law who was recently a Divisional Commissioner in the South African Police Services. She is a Graduate from the University of Zululand and obtained a B Juris and LLB.
She served and completed her articles and passed her admission examination at one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, Bell Dewar & Hall, where she was awarded the prize for best performance in the examination by the Johannesburg Attorneys Association.
She started her carrier at the Get a Head Foundation where she was a Legal Services Manager dealing with Public Interest matters and Human Rights issues.
She then served a short stint as a Junior Lecturer at Vista University. It is here where she had a chance to refocus her energy and decide on her career calling.
Zamuxolo’s Bio:
Zamuxolo Madungandaba was born and bred in Pretoria. She is a vibrant, creative and highly inquisitive Attorney at Law with a strong commercial background.
She was awarded a Nedbank Foundation Bursary and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of the Witwatersrand. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics, Insurance and Risk Management, Marketing and Law. She pursued a post-graduate Bachelor of Laws after completion of her Bachelor of Commerce degree.
She has sound experience in the retail environment, having worked in the industry. Her intimate knowledge of the retail environment bolsters her ability to assist retail clients. Her industry knowledge combined with her commercial and regulatory background allows her to understand issues that face retailers and act with a deeper understanding of the retail contextual issues, such as human resources.
